Kate is the director at Ark Residential Letting and has been running her business since its incorporation over 20 years ago. Kate specialises in the accounting side of the business but has a hands-on approach to all aspects and covers any role when required. Kate recently completed a Level Four Qualification in Residential Letting and Property Management. Together with her extensive knowledge of the industry this earnt her Fellow membership to Property Mark recognising her as an expert in her field. Kate is very proud of her business and grateful to all the staff, landlords and tenants who have been part of its development.

Kate has been with Ark Residential Lettings for 15 years and works to ensure the smooth running of the office. Kate would be the first point of contact for landlords needing advice or valuations on a new property. Kate also deals with property maintenance issues, inventories, and checkout inspections. Kate has specialist knowledge acquired from her many years of experience in the housing industry. She is qualified and has achieved her level three award in residential letting and property management. Kate is highly valued by us all at Ark and our clients.

Holly’s primary role involves carrying out regular inspections across our managed properties and providing landlords with detailed feedback and reports. When issues are identified during inspections, she works closely with the property management and repairs teams to help ensure they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

With experience across all areas of lettings, Holly is always happy to help and is just a phone call away should you need any advice, support, or assistance.
